AACT has offices in four continents and operations in six.
AACT's services include:

Collectively, the AACT partners have undertaken more than thirty large-scale clinical trials, involving over 150,000 participants, serving as Principal Investigators, international or regional coordinating centers, data management centers, biostatistical centers and/or clinical sites. AACT partners have conducted those trials in a wide range of clinical settings through an established primary care and specialty network, including over 1000 clinical centers, selected based on performance and alignment to the AACT mission.
The AACT network utilizes harmonized, GCP standard operating procedures, and innovative FDA compliant web-based trial management systems. This network includes centers in highly developed regions such as North America, Western Europe and Australasia, and approved centers in less developed regions such as China, India, South East Asia and Eastern Europe.
