Mary Kay has 35+ years of executive management, international consulting, and clinical experience in health care in a variety of settings including academic research organizations, hospitals and multi-specialty medical groups, managed care organizations, integrated health systems, and philanthropic organizations. She has extensive experience managing and consulting with complex organizations in both strategic and operational planning, and has facilitated a variety of initiatives to coordinate, consolidate, and integrate organizations and resources. She brings a solid understanding of the academic and commercial health care industries, complemented by executive leadership and management experience in the public, private and philanthropic sectors.
