Governance & Structure

AACT is registered as a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in the State of Delaware, USA. It is goverened by a board that includes representatitves of each of the founding research institutions. Its Chief Executive Officer heads the management of AACT, while its Chief Scientific Officer coordinates scientific operations.
