About Us
In response to the increasing challenges facing clinical research in the 21st century, the Academic Alliance for Clinical Trials (AACT) has brought together:
- an international research network
- high profile academic centers
- diverse specialist expertise
- a service-oriented framework for operations
to deliver high impact research on a global basis.
Through a single contracting entity, AACT makes available the coordinated resources and clinical networks of three major international research centers and affiliated academic institutions. These include:
- MMRF Berman Center for Outcomes and Clinical Research & the Coordinating Center for Biometric Research, University of Minnesota, USA;
- The George Institute for International Health, University of Sydney and Peking University, Australasia;
- The Julius Center for Health Sciences and Primary Care, University Medical Center Utrecht, Europe.
